Ed's note – in this survey I marked that I support Arizona's immigration bill, but it is more complicated than a Yes/No answer. This simple looking question actually touches on two complex issues – immigration and State's rights. I am not happy with the "Papers, Please" aspect of the bill, and would not support similar language in Illinois. I am, however, a strong supporter of the 10th Amendment and, whether we like the result or not, Arizona had the just Constitutional power to pass this legislation.
